Dalibor Špok is a psychologist, psychotherapist, and author. He focuses on topics of personal change, productivity, satisfaction, and self-realization. He believes that we should want a lot from our lives and helps clients achieve that. He often takes on the role of a pioneer, bringing new topics to Czech psychology. According to him, a good life has its rules that we can learn.
