"In his book Trust, the one thing that changes everything, Covey provides quite clear answers and inspiration about what trust is and how it develops. If you lead a team, this should definitely not escape your attention," says Sandra Fridrichová, a member of the Red Button network.

This provocative and in many ways groundbreaking book expands on the key ideas of S. R. Covey’s bestsellers "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and "The 8th Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness." Stephen Covey Jr. breaks through established stereotypes and shows that trust is not just a virtue but a measurable factor that influences performance and costs incurred. Trust and the speed with which we can build it are the cornerstones of how a company operates and one of the most significant factors in its success.
Who is Sandra Fridrichová?
Sandra Fridrichová has spent almost her entire professional life exploring the financial sector from every possible angle. Somewhere along the way, she realized that if any company wants to move forward, it must be able to adapt. And that can’t be done by some smart person ordering it from above. She believes that passionate people will think for themselves. So after 15 years, she found the courage (or lost her mind, who knows ;-)) and went to spread this philosophy among other companies. In reality, not much has changed. Most often, she is the one quietly standing behind the “big players on the board” and helping them set a mirror to show what people in the company really live by and how they think about it. Sandra provides structure (and sometimes the engine) to the floating ideas about the company’s future and helps describe new visions and directions so they are understandable to everyone.
