Who is Gabriela Končitíková?

Gabriela Končitíková is a project manager at the Tomáš Baťa Foundation, a lecturer, and an author dedicated to the legacy of Baťa’s philosophy, as well as the creator of the Inspirace Baťa project. She has spent fourteen years studying Baťa’s legacy and is the author of ten Baťa-related books. She has been with the Tomáš Baťa Foundation since 2016, focusing her professional work on the possibilities of applying the Baťa management system in today’s business environment. Her lecturing is centered on specific parts of the Baťa management system, Baťa leadership, and the Baťa management framework in general. Her latest book, titled Inspirace Baťa, offers readers guidance on how to start incorporating Baťa principles into their own lives.
