Who is Oliver Laryea?

He’s only 20, but if you check out his LinkedIn profile, you’ll see he’s a typical representative of the proactive Generation Z. He studies Engineering at the University of Manchester, was featured in Euro magazine’s “20 under 20” series. He always writes his LinkedIn posts in English. He was CEO of Adecco’s Czech branch for one month, is involved in several startup projects, and his desire is to work on something big that truly helps people and the world. He doesn’t want to be part of a startup with minimal impact; he wants to be part of a bigger change. He doesn’t work for money—that’s not his motivation; he needs to see meaning and currently feels like a young guy who went out into the world and is tasting the pastries from the bakery, trying out what he enjoys, where he can learn and broaden his horizons. He says he has a very strong sense of integrity. From the people he works with, he expects values, integrity, and visionary thinking.
