Hana Součková

Hana Součková is the Managing Director of SAP Czech Republic. She studied civil engineering, and today, instead of building physical bridges, she and her team create virtual ones, connecting entities in the business world through software. This summer, she spent several weeks on a working sabbatical in Nepal and fell in love at first sight. She stepped down from her CEO role to dedicate her time in Kathmandu to a development project for a Dutch startup focused on waste processing. Originally a “marketing girl,” she embodies the prototype of a modern leader with a broad impact beyond her own company.
