Who are the presenters?

Michal Meško

Michal Meško studied management and marketing at the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava. He also completed the PLD program at Harvard Business School in the USA and a six-month study focused on consumer behavior and e-commerce at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in the Netherlands.
In 2000, he co-founded Referaty.sk, the largest student portal, which was acquired by Atlas.sk in 2004. He was also involved in the founding of the online bookstore Martinus in 2000, where he is now co-owner and CEO.
He is the recipient of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 and TREND TOP Manager of the Year 2018 awards, was listed in Forbes 30 under 30, and among the New Europe 100 innovators compiled by the Financial Times and Google.
In his free time, he enjoys cycling, running, and of course, reading.

Lenka Žlebková

She has been active in congress tourism since 2008, when she was elected to the board and later appointed director of Prague Convention Bureau. In this role, she helped Prague secure a leading position in the global congress destination rankings.
Since 2020, she has been heading the Prague Congress Centre as the very first woman in its over 40-year history. She took over management at the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. For two years, the center shifted from a business hub to a vaccination site and, following the start of the Russian aggression in Ukraine, also a refugee center. She is a dance enthusiast and mother of three sons, and has been practicing cold water swimming for several years.

Luboš Malý

Luboš Malý has held various professional roles, starting from production operations at P&G, through managerial positions and leading transformation projects, to managing technological innovations globally at The LEGO Group. Throughout his career, he has focused on driving change, whether improving small teams or leading strategic initiatives that fundamentally impact company operations.
Since 2021, he has been leading Red Button EDU. One of his key roles is that of a transformation architect, collaborating with clients to prepare approaches and detailed steps to kickstart major changes aligned with strategy. This process combines proven methodologies, diplomacy, and working with leadership and people at all levels to ensure transformations are as smooth and effortless as possible.
Luboš recognizes how his field is evolving—changes are faster and people more demanding. He specializes in projects related to sustainability, innovation, digitalization, corporate culture, and corporate learning concepts. He has completed dozens of successful change projects, facilitated hundreds of workshops, and trained thousands of people. He regularly speaks at conferences, podcasts, and serves on boards.
