Who is Tomáš Halík?
Tomáš Halík is the pastor of the academic parish at the Church of the Most Holy Savior in Prague and the president of the Czech Christian Academy. He believes that science and faith should coexist and inspire each other. He is the first Czech recipient of the "spiritual Nobel Prize" – the Templeton Prize – along with numerous other awards. He lectures at many foreign universities, and his books have been published in more than 20 languages.
