Who are the guests?

Tomáš Uhrecký

Tomáš Uhrecký is a regional manager at NN. His entire career has been in sales, with over 8 years in management roles. He started leading a small sales team at an insurance company and now oversees the Plzeň region. Outside of NN, he has worked at O2, AXA, and Centropol. His passion is leading people and sharing know-how. He sees his mission as helping people grow, which in turn enables his own growth. He considers insurance a very promising field where you quickly find out if you’re truly good or just say you are. Outside of work, he studies public health at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, integrating his insights into his management role.

Tomáš’s leadership is based on strengths, aiming to build a team founded on trust. He manages his team through relationships and trust. Insurance adds another dimension by linking it with healthcare, giving clients and advisors context to understand why.

Tomáš Vránek

Tomáš Vránek is the CEO and founder of ICE Industrial Services. They say they prototype the company of the future. They are the first Czech industrial company to officially abolish hierarchical structure. The company started with four people in a garage and now has a turnover exceeding 300 million CZK and nearly 200 employees. ICE Industrial Services is one of the fastest-growing automation companies in Europe. Tomáš Vránek won the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Vysočina Region in 2019. Decision-making at ICE is deeply rooted in values and trust. They describe themselves as operating like a hockey locker room. They are gradually eliminating management and introducing self-managed teams and an organization based on agile principles and personal responsibility. Their machines and lines are delivered to 30 countries worldwide for clients like Porsche, Scania, Amazon, and Tesla.

Jan Mašek

Jan Mašek chose innovation as a means to develop courage, national pride, and cultivate society as a whole. He worked at 3M as an innovation leader, where he learned to connect and borrow effective models from one business to another. He built bridges between 3M, other companies, and institutions, seeking win-win solutions together.

He enjoys creating networks that enable shortcuts, which are essential in today’s fast-paced world to accelerate ideas or business development. He also likes exploring and learning from fields outside his own bubble. He is passionate about helping people fully use their gifts and co-create with others who share their values and aren’t afraid to say “I don’t know.”

Dita Stejskalová

Dita Stejskalová is part of the leadership team at Ogilvy in the Czech Republic and is responsible for the division focused on public relations, building and protecting the reputation of companies and their top management. She specializes in building the reputation of top executives, strategies, crisis communication, and internal communication. She has mentored many successful PR professionals and enjoys brainstorming new perspectives with her team and connecting people and ideas. Ogilvy’s PR team regularly wins industry awards, taking home the most trophies at the Lemurs in 2019. Dita is an active mentor in the Odyssey program for women in business and European Women on Boards. She is a board member of the NEURON Endowment Fund supporting science and the BONA Foundation. In 2019, she served as a jury member in the PR category at Cannes Lions.
