Who are the guests?

Lukáš Barda

Lukáš Barda is an expert and trainer in digital skills. He specializes in project management, work efficiency, team collaboration, and healthy use of technology. He has gained and continues to gain professional experience over the years at places like the consulting firm Accenture, Česká spořitelna, and as a freelancer. He still manages projects part-time, while spending the rest of his time actively training and consulting. Thousands of people have completed his courses (companies, universities, and the public).

Miloš Malaník

Miloš Malaník was born in Brno, where he studied economics and controlled engineering at VUT. From an early age, he was interested in transportation, initially as a hobby, and he has maintained that interest to this day. He began his logistics career in the 1990s and worked his way up from courier to head of the Brno branch. Over his more than twenty-year career in international parcel delivery, he has held local and regional management positions. He served as a top executive at DHL Express, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Ceva Logistics, and TNT Express.

For over 4 years now, he has been the CEO of DPD for the Czech Republic and Regional Manager for CEE. DPD is the largest private carrier on the Czech market. Besides its core delivery operations, the parent company DPDgroup has invested since 2012 in a carbon footprint offset program called DrivingChange. The company also supports organizations such as Světluška, Arkádie, and the Clean Up Czechia campaign.

Petr Skondrojanis

Petr Skondrojanis has been working in HR for over 20 years. Throughout, he has worked on the supplier side and has always been interested in three things: a) the purpose of his work, b) mutual respect, and c) professionalism. He describes himself as a humanocentrist because he works for people. People, their needs, perceptions, and relationships are at the forefront of everything he does. He says: “We all have strengths and weaknesses, we all make mistakes, and we are all unique. That diversity is the most interesting part of what I do.”

Currently, he focuses mostly on corporate culture and enjoys meeting many great companies and talented people eager to create added value in their work. The world is more in order than it seems at first glance. And behind the wheel of a 50-year-old Austin Mini Cooper, even a traffic jam is an experience for him.
