It is important to build a learning culture within the team and give people space to try things even without guaranteed results. In today’s fast-paced world, planning years ahead is no longer feasible; instead, planning by months and being flexible and curious is essential. AI tools are now accessible to everyone thanks to the Czech language and low prices, which also gives small companies and nonprofits a chance.
