Michal Šrajer

Years ago, he became the first Chief Happiness Officer in the Czech Republic. This happened at the IT company Inmite, which he co-founded. When Inmite grew and was acquired by Avast, he continued his CHO role there—just on a much larger scale.

After a year-long family trip around the world, he and his friends fully dove into the topic of “happiness at work.” Their mission is to help as many people as possible to be themselves even at work. Under the brand stestivpraci.cz, they organize the annual international conference Happiness@Work, run a series of open and corporate workshops, and develop other products.
