Vision and strategy
Vision embodies the future, brings inspiration, and is the reason your people will stay with you even in tough times.
It is carried by a leader or founder who realizes their ideas through the company’s activities. Vision is a crucial driving force motivating followers who join the leader and help bring it to life. To attract those who will help the leader take concrete steps, it must be strong and understandable. Vision naturally connects with the company’s strategy, and together they create a viable model.
That’s why this learning path is primarily designed for leaders, owners, and anyone who leads people and cares about being able to convey their vision and build a company that will still be here in a hundred years.
This time, we’ve organized the RB EDU content into 5 steps: from what a company vision is, how to formulate it and roll it out across the company, through how it’s connected to and why it matters alongside the company strategy, to team vision, and we finish with inspiration from the Baťa philosophy.
