You know their late-night shops, bistros, or nail studios, but do you know how the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic actually thinks? Why does the older generation hold on to traditional values, while the younger one builds successful tech startups or works in corporate business? And how do you properly address and pronounce Vietnamese names without getting embarrassed?

At the next Brain&Breakfast meeting, Thuy Duong Trinh will guide you through the sociocultural and historical contexts of the Vietnamese diaspora. You’ll have the chance to ask questions you’ve always wanted to but never had the opportunity or were too shy to. Discover the Vietnamese community from a completely new perspective!
