This is what Aneta Martinek, co-founder of the #HolkyzMarketingu and #HolkyzByznysu projects and author of the book Organizační porno, says about the book.

Organizační porno is a lifestyle. You can’t buy time. But you can learn to work with it so that you have enough. So you can manage the things you have to do as well as the things you want to do. The book references current scientific studies on human functioning and time management techniques proven in practice.

Thanks to the book, you will learn how to organize your work and personal life to match your vision, set your priorities and plan your workdays accordingly, work efficiently with your energy to handle everything you have planned, know your limits, and live a life full of joy and everyday ease. The book is written so that everything can be immediately applied in practice, allowing you to try out the mentioned methods and techniques in both your personal and professional life.

The book focuses primarily on women, whose biology and social position differ in many ways from men’s, which means that commonly given universal advice may not always be effective for them. It is also aimed more at readers who are just beginning to explore time management and personal productivity.

Who is Aneta Martinek?

Aneta Martinek is the co-founder and director of the largest Czech marketing education platform #HolkyzMarketingu and recently also co-founded the #HolkyzByznysu project. Throughout her career, she has gained experience at companies such as Ogilvy, Economia, and GrowJOB, held the position of CMO, been part of leadership teams, and organized hundreds of events across the Czech Republic, attended annually by over 10,000 participants.
