Who are the presenters?

Alexandra Hubáčková

Alexandra Hubáčková is a trainer, consultant, and host of the podcast Lead Simply. She believes we are on the brink of an inevitable change in leadership and the way companies operate. Methods that worked in the past no longer apply today and hold companies back from growing.
The first part of her career was academic and sports-related. She taught at universities in the Czech Republic and the USA, taught skiing in the Rocky Mountains, and yoga. She studied the Navajo Indian culture directly in the reservations. She has translated several books. She brought Native American artists to the Czech Republic as part of the “Na křídlech slov” program, which she founded.
For the past 15 years, she has worked with companies seeking real change, believing that not only skills but especially the mindset of people matters. She leads workshops, long-term programs, and individual or team coaching in companies across various industries in both Czech and international environments.

Roman Bittner

Roman Bittner works in a foundry. Starting as a grinder, he worked his way up to shift supervisor. He has been with the company for 26 years.
During that time, he experienced several leadership styles. One introduced by the company director in 2013 caught his attention because people were directly involved in the production process and actively engaged. They felt more connected to the company because their opinions and problems were heard and addressed. This led to a better company culture, with people happily coming to work and feeling satisfied.
He is interested in history, is a volunteer firefighter, and enjoys participating in organizing cultural and sports events.
