A renaissance man of many professions, a former decathlete who has spent the last few years promoting the Wim Hof method in the Czech Republic. However, his reach today goes far beyond just effective breathing and cold exposure. “One day is one unit of life for me. Every morning I get up after five and have an hour and a half for myself for my magic, my morning rituals. Usually, I tune in to the day ahead and to my dreams,” says Kuba. “Around noon, I have another check-in. I connect with my breath and give myself up to 20 minutes just for me. Since I started doing this, my deep sleep has improved by 15%,” Jakub continues in our conversation.
