In this module, you will understand what happens in your body when you are under pressure. You will start to understand your stress chemistry and learn to use emotions as data, not as enemies.

What you will learn:

  • Stress theory in practice: How your brain (amygdala) works and why your logic “shuts down” under pressure.
  • First aid: How to instantly calm your nervous system when you feel overwhelmed.
  • Emotional management: How to process emotions so they don’t control you from behind the scenes.
  • Mindfulness of signals: How to recognize when you’re “in the red” before you explode.

What it will bring you:

  • You’ll gain an extra second between impulse and reaction – fewer outbursts.
  • You’ll have more calm for decision-making in crisis situations.
  • You’ll stop fighting with yourself and start cooperating with your body.
