Who is Tomáš Halík?

Tomáš Halík is a Catholic priest, theologian, scholar of religion, sociologist, psychologist, and philosopher. He lectures on sociology and philosophy of religion at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, as well as at many foreign universities. He is the pastor of the Roman Catholic Academic Parish at the Church of the Most Holy Savior in Prague and the president of the Czech Christian Academy. His books have been published in 20 languages.
