This is what Lenka Kučerová, a member of the Red Button network, says about the book.

Adam Grant breaks the myth that nice people always finish last, burn out like a volcano, and get beaten down like dogs. He proves that givers are more likely to become champions. Curious about how and why givers dominate the top of the success ladder? The author introduces you to successful givers from various fields. Successful givers have a unique approach to activities in four key areas: networking, collaboration, evaluation, and influencing others.
