Who is Ondřej Vlček?

Ondřej Vlček serves as the CEO of Avast. Together with his team, he is realizing Avast’s vision focused on protecting people in the digital space. Before being appointed CEO, he was president of the consumer division, CTO, and a key member of the team that took Avast public on the London Stock Exchange in 2018. Ondřej earned an engineering degree in mathematical modeling from CTU in Prague and is an internationally recognized expert in computer security. Along with his wife, he founded the Vlček family foundation, purchased the dilapidated Cibulka estate in Prague, and plans to renovate it to build a children’s hospice and palliative care center.
