Who are the hosts

Margaret Starka

Margaret Starka spent 14 years working for Red Bull. She started in the marketing department and in recent years held the position of Head of HR CZ/SK. This experience inspired her to found BE-DNA. Margaret’s main focus is employee experience. She enjoys bringing marketing principles into the HR environment, understanding HR as Human Relations – interpersonal relationships, which are a significant factor in the corporate environment. She believes that company culture can positively influence what happens in society.

Zuzana Zamborská

Zuzana Zamborská has helped companies expand abroad for the past eight years, working in more than 10 foreign markets. Based on these experiences, she realized how important inclusion & diversity topics are for companies. She also began focusing on and working with DEI topics abroad. After returning from San Francisco, she co-founded the BE-ID human project, where we help companies create diverse and sustainably inclusive environments. That’s why we open up inclusion and diversity topics through dialogue with companies – because we believe practical application is more important than theory.
