Who is Martin Ruman?
Martin Ruman has been dedicated to education and people development in business since 2003. He leads the agency Odyssey.cz on a mission for more meaningful work with people in companies. Together with his colleagues, he develops an interdisciplinary “Fit For Business” approach to tuning long-term sustainable performance. His focus is energy – how we manage it in ourselves, our teams, and company culture. How we can align the natural functioning of human and social systems with the ever-increasing pressure to perform. How to develop potential smartly. How to burn bright without burning out.
Who is Zuzana Koláriková?
Zuzana Koláriková is a trained chemist, specifically a food technologist, who shifted from the lab to working with people. Since 2002, she has been developing expertise in supporting personal productivity and health through the functional connection of body and mind. She has completed numerous certifications in healthy movement and nutrition, coaching training, and therapeutic self-experience. She works as a trainer and personal consultant for busy entrepreneurs, managers, artists, and athletes. She is co-author of the Fit For Business concept and several corporate wellbeing & longevity programs.
