Who are the guests?

David Lukeš

David Lukeš studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava. Since 2016, he has been the director of the Paraple Center, and from 2010 to 2016 he was a member of its board of directors. He has been actively involved in advocating for the rights of people with spinal cord injuries for many years. Since 2009, he has volunteered as a member of the presidium of the Association of Paraplegics, which was renamed in 2012 to the Czech Association of Paraplegics - CZEPA. He studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava.

David is also an active athlete and rugby player. He has been involved with wheelchair rugby for over ten years, serving as chairman of the Czech Wheelchair Rugby Association and currently as coach of the national team.

Leoš Jiřele

Leoš Jiřele has been working in the field of employment for people with disabilities for over 15 years. Within his company SOLEA, activities include plastic molding, metal pressing, and metalworking. This is not very common, so there are plenty of challenges. He is also passionate about creating environments that foster autonomy for individuals and teams.

Who is the moderator?

Margaret Starka

Margaret Starka spent 14 years working for Red Bull. She started in the marketing department and in recent years held the position of Head of HR CZ/SK. This experience inspired her to found BE-DNA. Margaret’s core focus is employee experience. She enjoys bringing marketing principles into the HR environment, understanding HR as Human Relations – interpersonal relationships, which are a significant factor in the corporate environment. She believes that company culture can positively influence what happens in society.
