Who are the hosts

Margaret Starka

Margaret Starka spent 14 years working for Red Bull. She started in the marketing department and in recent years held the position of Head of HR CZ/SK. This experience inspired her to found BE-DNA. Margaret’s main focus is employee experience. She enjoys bringing marketing principles into the HR environment, understanding HR as Human Relations – interpersonal relationships, which are a significant variable in the corporate environment. She believes that company culture can be positively influenced through the workplace.

Zuzana Zamborská

Zuzana Zamborská has spent the last 8 years helping companies expand internationally, working across more than 10 foreign markets. Based on these experiences, she realized how important inclusion & diversity topics are for companies. Abroad, she began focusing on DEI topics and working with them. After returning from San Francisco, she co-founded the BE-ID human project, where we help companies create diverse and sustainably inclusive environments. That’s why we open up inclusion and diversity topics through joint dialogue with companies – because we believe practical application is more important than theory.
