Otakar Foltýn

Otakar Foltýn is an expert in the theory of military conflicts and ordinary heroism. As a soldier, he was deployed in Afghanistan and Kosovo. He is co-author of the books Na rozmezí, Povaha změny and several others. He is a former chief of military police and currently works at the Military Office of the President of the Republic.
