On his journey, Petr Skondrojanis meets fascinating personalities. He sees that each of them is on a path. We all have interesting journeys with surprising detours that shape our stories. The personalities Petr wants to introduce can and do inspire others with their stories and worldview. That is the goal of the show “On the Road”.
Petr travels with people who deserve your attention. While walking through places connected to their lives, Petr asks about their worldview, present, past, and future. Discover what inspired them on their life path, what and who influenced their perspective. Let yourself be inspired and join us on the journey.
Besides the episode itself, about 14 days after the premiere, you will have the opportunity to join a small debriefing, either with the episode’s protagonist or with Petr Skondrojanis. V personalistice se pohybuje více než 20 let. Po celou dobu pracuje na dodavatelské straně řeky a při práci jej vždy zajímaly tři věci a) smysl toho, co dělá, b) vzájemný respekt a za c) profesionalita. Říká o sobě, že je humanocentrista, protože pracuje pro lidi. Lidi, jejich potřeby, vnímaní a vztahy staví do popředí všeho, co dělá. Sám říká: “Každý máme klady a zápory, každý děláme chyby a každý jsme originál a ta rozmanitost je na tom, co dělam to nejzajímavější.”
V současnosti nejvíc času věnuje firemním kulturám a baví jej, že potkává spoustu skvělých firem a spoustu šikovných lidí, co mají chuť vytvářet ve své práci přidanou hodnotu. Svět je víc v pořádku, než se zdá na první pohled. A za volantem 50 let starého Austin mini cooperu je i dopravní zácpa zážitek.
