Who is Petr Kohout?
Mgr.Petr Kohout, PhD., works at the Department of Experimental Plant Biology at the Faculty of Science, Charles University, and the Microbiology Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences. He contributed to creating the largest mushroom database in the world. He was one of the first in the country to highlight that mushrooms can influence the shape of entire landscapes. He is a recipient of the prestigious Neuron Award for young promising scientists.
