Professor Milan Zelený gave me many valuable life lessons. We discussed them during long car rides, on planes, within a group of his closest students, as well as while writing books and working on projects.
Milan taught me that information is not knowledge and that a company doesn’t behave like a process map with arrows, circles, and squares. A business is a living organism.

What will we focus on?

We will explain the differences between a machine-like business and a living organism business, between information and knowledge, between collecting “best practices” and finding your own path, and between a world of compromises “OR” and a world of perfection “AND.”

Why is this important?

Understanding how to learn, think, and act proactively, wisely, and achieve strategic goals.
