About the book says Tomáš Šebek, surgeon, entrepreneur, and author.

The past shapes us but doesn’t have to define us. In the book Objektivní nález, renowned surgeon and writer Tomáš Šebek embarks on his most personal mission – a journey into his own childhood marked by domestic violence and alcoholism. With surgical precision and ruthless honesty, he dissects his failures, infidelities, and lies, but also the strength that led him to overcome a difficult fate.
Between the lines of harsh memories of fights in Prague’s Karlín district and gripping stories from operating rooms and war zones, a story of hope emerges. A story that even someone raised in a toxic environment can break the cycle of pain and become a better parent.
This candid confession is not just a personal testimony. It is an "objective finding" about the power of the human spirit, the courage to face one’s demons, and the fact that each of us has the chance to take life into our own hands. It’s a story about how sometimes we first have to lose our way to find our true path.
