Feedback
How do you tell people that you want them to do their work a little differently? To improve their performance? How do you support your team so that ongoing feedback becomes a given? If you succeed, it will be another step toward a healthy corporate environment where things are constantly moving forward.
One of a leader’s tasks is to say things that are hard to hear. To deal with your people honestly and speak plainly. Both when highlighting something and when offering criticism. Feedback is not advice, praise, or evaluation. Understanding how to give feedback, as well as the ability to receive it, is an important part of a leader’s role.
The learning path is composed of Red Button EDU content in a way that covers all levels of perspective in the I-team-company concept.

What to say in conclusion?
As leaders, when we create an environment for our people where they can grow, be themselves, express emotions, and not be afraid to make mistakes, we build a space of trust and care. Only in a safe and human environment will any feedback truly be developmental and transformative.
Congratulations! You’ve reached the end. Or maybe the beginning?
