Diversity and inclusion
Long-term sustainable development is hard to imagine today without considering diversity and inclusion. When we talk about diversity, we mean that as a team we are varied. This brings together different perspectives, regardless of where those differences come from. Inclusion, on the other hand, refers to creating a workplace where you can come as your true self. You don’t have to hide any part of your identity out of fear of bullying. In an inclusive team, mutual differences are seen as a benefit, not a drawback.
Supporting an environment that welcomes differences will lead your team to greater flexibility, which in turn brings higher levels of innovation across the company. It also turns out that these teams experience lower turnover because people simply feel good in them. This is also linked to strengthening the employer brand.
You’ll learn how to support, develop, or start building such an environment from our experts.
