Recording of the live stream October 8, 2020

This time, Michal Šrajer invites you to TTC Teleport – one of the largest and most modern data center providers in Europe. Its founder, Radek Majer, is building the company on principles that are quite unusual in business today – no hierarchy and no piles of processes. And yet (or perhaps because of this), people take responsibility themselves, can assess what’s important, and collaboration works great.

What will you take away from this episode?

  1. An answer to why trust is so important (not just at work)
  2. Three concrete tools that help build trust
  3. Inspiration on what a company built on trust can look like

Don’t believe it? Doubtful? Join us and accept the invitation to a look inside. The live stream will also include a 360° camera tour of TTC Teleport.

Who is Radek Majer?

Radek Majer founded his company TTC Teleport in 2015. He now leads a team of 21 people who work together with complete transparency and provide data center services in a way that’s very different from the market norm. An open business model and services tailored to specific customers, a focus on ecology, care, sustainability, and a free organizational structure are the reasons TTC Teleport is one of the most interesting tech companies in the Czech Republic.

Radek has always been guided by technical skills and pragmatism, but he found his place in changing old and established methods and approaches. He himself says he’s terrified of doing the same things over and over that someone else already invented and uses. He changes things around him so they make sense to him and his colleagues. Perhaps that’s why he compares the tasks and daily activities at TTC Teleport to imaginary balloons that everyone pulls down each morning when they arrive at work to choose who they will be that day – an electrician or support.
