Who is Babeta Schneiderová?

Babeta Schneiderová studied Hospitality Management at the University of Derby in the UK and has been working in hospitality for 15 years. She still loves her work. After ten years abroad, she is back in the Czech Republic and currently serves as CEO at BoHo (Bohemian Hostels & Hotels). BoHo is a network operating hotels and hostels in Prague, Olomouc, and Ghana, and is also building a network of public toilets in Ghana.

Babeta believes that the key to any company’s success is its people. Her daily goal is to ensure that everyone on the team is motivated, knows what to do, and understands why they do it—whether it’s a part-time cleaner or a senior executive.
