In this module, you will learn how to effectively protect your time and energy so you can invest them in what truly matters to you. You will gain the inner freedom to say “no” to tasks and commitments that drain you or sabotage your priorities (including your health, family, and productivity).

What you will learn:

  • Strategic no: How to respectfully decline others’ requests.
  • Protecting key areas: How to set boundaries so your most important roles (main projects, relationships, rest) don’t suffer because of other people’s commitments.
  • Energy prioritization: Where to invest your attention and what to let go of, so you’re no longer driven only by “I have to” and “I should.”
  • Communicating boundaries: How to clearly express what you need without causing unnecessary conflicts.

What it will bring you:

  • You will regain control over your calendar and your life.
  • Your mental capacity for strategic thinking will free up.
  • You will sort out your relationships and free yourself from unnecessary conflicts.
