"You can start reading in the middle, you can skip around. You’ll always learn something. If I ever met Tim Ferriss, I’d really thank him for this book,” says David Vrba, a member of the Red Button network.

Author of global and Czech bestsellers Tim Ferriss spent two years interviewing top performers in their fields – from Hollywood stars and Olympic champions to Silicon Valley legends. From these conversations, downloaded as podcasts by tens of millions, he distilled a collection of practical lifehacks you won’t find anywhere else.
Who is David Vrba?
David Vrba has had the chance, during his more than twenty years in various managerial roles, to experience companies that looked great on the outside but were “rotten” inside, interesting inside but boring on the outside, and last but not least, beautiful inside and confident on the outside. He really enjoys helping companies and teams belong to the third group. Everything always starts with the leader. A good leader knows that without a clear vision, understandable mission, and a strong company or team culture, it won’t work. A good leader also knows that company culture must support innovation and joy at work. He is passionate about all these topics. Currently, as a consultant and strategist, he applies what he knows in companies that genuinely care about culture and people. He enjoys collaborating with Filip Dřímalka and Petr Skondrojanis on projects that make companies better places to be and live.
