"If you don’t read Ján’s blog, then this book is probably the best introduction to his thinking. It’s also made up of short reflections, so you can open it anytime, anywhere,” says Adam Hazdra, a member of the Red Button network.

The world around us is changing faster today than in the past. What we learned at school is no longer enough, and we have to keep learning new things while unlearning our old habits. And that is often harder than learning something new.
Today’s times need entrepreneurs who look for a deeper meaning in what they do than just accumulating money. Entrepreneurs who can truly benefit their customers and clients, who can find work for their people, and who also know how to share their profits with those in need.
Who is Adam Hazdra?
Adam Hazdra feels that we are starting to have enough to live the best possible lives, to use our gifts – simply to live fully. Yet many things are still not adapted or prepared for this more “human” way of living. That’s why he has been passionate about innovation for 10 years. For the past four years at LMC, he has focused on improving work and has had both successes (complete redesign of Jobs.cz) and failures (Easytask).
