Michal Šrajer, a member of the Red Button network, says about the book.

how to love life, enjoy your work and be successful at it

For many of us, working life is too demanding, stressful, and not enjoyable at all. Something needs to be done about it! Let’s change that. Experiencing happiness at work is not a luxury—it’s a necessity! People have long realized that when they love their work, they become much more productive, efficient, creative, and motivated. Their personal lives also become happier. It’s also clear that happy companies, full of happy employees, are more effective, successful, and achieve higher profits than their “unhappy” competitors. Whether you are an employee or a manager, a newcomer or a seasoned professional, working in a small company, a large corporation, or the public sector, this book aims to teach you how to be happier at work.

who is Michal Šrajer?

Michal Šrajer became the first Chief Happiness Officer in our country years ago. Back then, he was co-founder of the IT company Inmite, which grew and was acquired to become part of Avast. He continued as CHO there, but on a much larger scale. After a year-long family trip around the world, he and his friends fully committed to the topic of “happiness at work.” Their mission is to help as many people as possible be themselves even at work—under the umbrella of stestivpraci.cz, they organize the international conference Happiness@Work, a series of open and corporate workshops, and are preparing several new products.
