Who are the guests?
Dagmar Císařovská
Dagmar Císařovská studied art history in Prague and Rome, holds a PhD in cultural ecology, and has worked for 16 years at the American company ExxonMobil, where she currently leads the communications department. Five years ago, she founded the Exchange4U program, which has become the largest intercompany networking and sharing platform in the Czech Republic.
Regardless of her position or the teams she led, she always aimed to maintain a balance between masculine and feminine principles. In the corporate environment, she succeeded in establishing several unique roles that support employees to improve their quality of life. She has always maintained that when hiring an employee, the company also welcomes their entire family, so it’s important to care for them as well.
Tomáš Uhrecký
Tomáš Uhrecký is a regional manager at NN. His entire career has been in sales, with over eight years in managerial roles. He started leading a small team of salespeople at an insurance company and now oversees the Plzeň region. Outside NN, he has worked at O2, AXA, and Centropol. His passion is leading people and sharing know-how. He sees his mission as helping people grow, which in turn allows him to grow as well. He considers insurance a very promising field where it quickly becomes clear whether you’re good or just say you are. Alongside work, he studies public health at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, integrating those insights into his management role.
Tomáš’s leadership is based on strengths, aiming to build a team founded on trust. He manages his team through relationships and trust. Insurance adds another dimension by connecting it with healthcare, giving clients and advisors context to understand the why behind their work.
Miloš Malaník
Miloš Malaník was born in Brno, where he studied economics and controlled engineering at VUT. From an early age, he was interested in transportation, initially as a hobby, which he has maintained to this day. He began his logistics career in the 1990s, working his way up from courier to branch manager in Brno. Over his more than twenty-year career in international parcel delivery, he has held local and regional management positions. He has served as a top executive at DHL Express, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Ceva Logistics, and TNT Express.
For over four years now, he has been CEO of DPD Czech Republic and Regional Manager for CEE. DPD is the largest private carrier on the Czech market. Beyond its core delivery operations, the parent company DPDgroup has invested since 2012 in the DrivingChange program to offset its carbon footprint. The company also supports organizations such as Světluška, Arkádie, and the Clean Up Czechia campaign.
Eva Janovcová
Eva Janovcová is an education enthusiast responsible for People care at Mindfulness club, handling HR for Africa and Asia at Člověk v tísni, and working as a trainer at Mise Hero. She has ten years of experience across agencies, the nonprofit sector, and five years in corporate settings. She has contributed to projects like the branch network transformation at Česká spořitelna and training managers and local teams in Zambia. She is passionate about adaptation, feedback, self-development, and mindfulness.
She studied psychology in San Francisco and explored Eastern cultures, especially through volunteer work in Nepal. She has completed trainer certifications, facilitation training, and a three-month Human Centered Design boot camp—a customer-need-driven innovation method.
