The book aims to clearly explain how to intentionally incorporate personal experience into upbringing and education. It offers people from various fields, education, leisure activities, and corporate environments universal principles that help them create and deliver their own experiential courses and work with their developmental potential. It presents a comprehensive methodology on how to teach using games and other program tools in a way that is enjoyable and meaningful for everyone. The text is as concrete as possible in transferring methodological reflections into practice. It is dedicated to all who care about making upbringing and education useful, focused on practical skills, aimed at active, responsible, and free action, and leading to the development of strong individuals, building healthy communities, and meaningful entrepreneurship.

Who is Ondřej Suchý?

Ondřej Suchý is the founder of the Tealmakers project, which develops organizations using teal principles, and works as a consultant and trainer. He sees entrepreneurs as people with great influence and responsibility and enjoys supporting those who create real value for the world and for people.

Previously, he built the IT company Enlogit and, as a board member of SALTEK, was responsible for long-term employee education. He is an instructor at the volunteer Prázdninová škola Lipnice, which runs courses supporting resilience, courage, and responsibility. He inherited the genes of a teacher and a technician, so he is completing psychotherapeutic training and previously graduated from the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering at ČVUT.
