Resilience
Is there something that can be done about it? Do I need someone else for this, or can I handle it on my own? Are there any proven ways to stay motivated enough to deliver consistently stable performance across various areas over the long term?
Why watch the episode?
- Because you know, or at least suspect, that each of us has moments (sometimes really loooong moments) when motivation is at rock bottom and we have to force ourselves to do everything. And if there’s a way to minimize these moments, it’s worth knowing about it.
What will you take away?
- A new perspective on what motivation really is.
- Hope that we’re not dependent on external motivation.
- Knowledge of how to apply these insights in different areas.
