Who is Gabriela Končitíková?

Gabriela Končitíková is a project manager at the Tomáš Baťa Foundation, a lecturer, and a writer of the Baťa philosophy legacy, author of the Inspirace Baťa project. She has been studying Baťa’s legacy for fourteen years and is the author of ten Baťa-related books. She has worked at the Tomáš Baťa Foundation since 2016, focusing her expertise on applying the Baťa management system to today’s business environment. Her lecturing is centered on specific parts of the Baťa management system, Baťa leadership, and the Baťa management framework in general. Her latest book, titled Inspirace Baťa, offers readers guidance on how to start incorporating Baťa principles into their own lives.
