Martin Šafařík, a member of the Red Button network, says about the book.

No matter what exactly you want to change, Atomic Habits will help you do it. James Clear, whose blog is read by a million readers every month, distilled the best from biology, psychology, and neuroscience to teach you how to achieve your goals. Through small daily steps, you will discover your new self. It only takes a 1% change every day.
On January 1st, we all know exactly what we want to change; by the 10th, everything is back to normal. Maybe you could quit smoking, lose weight, gain muscle, exercise, save money, be more organized, hardworking, better... – if you really wanted to. The truth is, our deepest motivation is laziness and comfort. And despite what others or you yourself say, this isn’t a foolish strategy on our part. Energy is precious, and the brain is wired to conserve it at all costs. We’re fighting a powerful force, and the problem isn’t us, but the system!
After reading this book, progress will become easy for you. You’ll understand the four laws of behavioral change and gain a set of practical tools, strategies, tips, and tricks to overcome all obstacles. You’ll experience many surprising “aha” moments, and the determination to see it through this time will never leave you. Working on yourself and reaching your potential is a long-term process. But in the long run, the quality of our lives depends on the quality of our habits, so it’s worth fighting for better ones.
Let’s not slack off in our effort to improve by one percent—that’s something we can all manage!
