The main idea of the conversation is that painful menstruation is not normal. While a woman may experience some discomfort during her menstrual bleeding, severe menstrual pain and very painful periods are usually signs of something more serious.
Additionally, we also explored how aesthetic gynecology can help and what women most often underestimate when it comes to gynecological health. Lubomír Mikulášek admitted how sensitive doctors are about their own health and how much the current system unfortunately complicates their work.

Who is Lubomír Mikulášek?
Lubomír Mikulášek is a gynecologist, obstetrician, and advocate of non-invasive medical procedures. His specialty includes still relatively unknown but very dangerous diseases like endometriosis and adenomyosis, which often cause infertility and pregnancy loss.
Although he originally wanted to focus more on neurosurgery, gynecology ultimately won his heart. Treatment of endometriosis is performed in his practice as one of the few centers in the Czech Republic. When people hear “endometriosis treatment,” many women imagine surgery, but in the vast majority of cases, it is not necessary at all.
