Who is the presenter?

Bronislav Převrátil

Bronislav Převrátil is a recognized Czech manager and leader with nearly twenty years of experience at Chart Ferox – an international company specializing in the production of equipment for the storage and distribution of liquefied gases. Since 2018, he has served as CEO, successfully transforming the company from a traditional manufacturer into an innovative business focused on projects and high value-added services. His leadership approach places a key emphasis on strategic talent development, open communication, and building trust within the team.

He received the prestigious Manager of the Year 2022 award for his ability to lead the company through turbulent times and implement innovative business models. His leadership philosophy, expressed by the motto “Think big, start small, act now,” highlights the importance of innovation, integrity, and strategic thinking. He has long supported employee development through programs focused on leadership and personal growth, which he considers a fundamental pillar of every organization’s success.

Currently, he is developing his own entrepreneurial activities in the field of sustainable energy and technology.

Bronislav holds a PhD in mechanical engineering and is a graduate of UJEP in Ústí nad Labem, with which he continues to collaborate on philanthropic and development projects. He is married, has three sons, and in his free time enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and cycling.
