Who is Ján Uriga?

Ján Uriga earned his PhD at the Institute of Experimental Psychology SAS, where he focused on research and application of social intelligence and decision-making processes of leaders. From 2003 to 2009, he worked as an HR manager in public administration and international corporations. Since 2010, he has been involved in consulting projects in strategic change management, innovation, leadership, and corporate culture. He teaches externally at FSEV and leads an MBA module on change management and innovation for the automotive sector in cooperation with the Vienna University of Technology. Since 2018, he has been the leader of the Experience Center in Prague, which focuses on innovations in customer and employee experience.
