This show aims to select the most common questions and problems we face at work regularly and offer techniques and tools to handle these situations more effectively and to the satisfaction of most involved.
For example, prioritization. As Steve Jobs used to say: “The key is deciding what not to do!” We’ll show several techniques that help with group decision-making on where to go next. Or how to brainstorm ideas, conduct team retrospectives, and facilitate meetings in the post-COVID era.

V digitálních vodách se pohybuje přes 15 let a jak sám rád říká, staví mosty mezi IT a byznysem a zákazníkem. Spoluzaložil inovačního studio Outboxers, které staví nové digitální produkty a ověřuje jejich smysluplnost na trhu.
