The strongest predictor of whether AI will work in a company isn’t the tool or the budget. It’s the immediate manager.

You can buy licenses for everyone and still nothing will change—unless the manager creates space. In the second episode, we’ll look at what exactly a leader does whose people actually use AI: how they create room for experimentation, how they handle distrust and resistance, and why a leader only needs about thirty percent technological understanding. We’ll also talk about the other side of the coin—the person is also the most common entry point for security incidents.
