On the purpose of business, philanthropy, and responsibility for today’s world
This module helps you set up a “long-term operation” system for your body and mind. You’ll learn how to manage your capacity so you can quickly bounce back into balance after stress and avoid chronic exhaustion.
What you will learn:
- The oscillation mechanism: How to alternate between performance zones and deep recovery instead of linear grinding (working in rhythms).
- Active regeneration: The difference between passive downtime (scrolling) and truly “recharging” your nervous system.
- Building resilience: How to use controlled short discomfort to strengthen your inner resistance to unexpected pressure.
What it will bring you:
- You’ll shorten the time needed to recover after a demanding day or project.
- Your system will become more flexible – stressful situations will bend you, but won’t break you.
- You’ll stop running on empty and get rid of that “evening drained” feeling.
