Jan Mašek, a member of the Red Button network, talks about the book.

how leaders inspire action

Why do you do what you do?

Why are some people and companies more successful, influential, innovative, and wealthier than others? Why does their way of leading create loyal customers and dedicated employees? And why do others, despite the same conditions, fail to replicate that success?

Simon Sinek discovered the key, and now you can use it yourself.

Who is Jan Mašek?

Jan Mašek chose innovation as a means to develop courage, national pride, and to cultivate society as a whole. He worked at 3M as an innovation leader, where he learned to connect and borrow effective models from one business to another. He built bridges between 3M, other companies, and institutions to jointly seek win-win solutions. He enjoys creating networks that enable shortcuts, which are essential in today’s fast-paced world to accelerate ideas or business growth. He also likes to explore and learn from fields outside our usual framework or bubble. He is passionate about helping people maximize their gifts and collaborate with others who share their values and aren’t afraid to say “I don’t know.”
