Who is Jindřich Šídlo?

Jindřich Šídlo is a journalist, editor, and political commentator. For his journalistic work, he has received the prestigious Ferdinand Peroutka Award and the Novinářská cena. He is the author of the popular satirical show Šťastné pondělí on Seznam. He has worked for Respekt, Mladá fronta DNES, Hospodářské noviny, and Czech Television. He was named "Personality of the Year” on Czech Twitter for 2013. He also holds the Crystal Magnifier Award for 2018 in the Personality of the Year and Online Video categories.

In his personal life, Jindřich Šídlo loves football – he supports London’s Arsenal.
